The Pathfinder team have a passion for people development and supporting businesses to increased performance.

The essence of Pathfinder lies in the unique approach that it's facilitators bring to every communication, facilitation, event and relationship with our clients. We love our jobs, and we think you should too – which is why all our clients return to their desks with a smile on their face and the learning and motivation to add sustainable value to their organisation.

Mark Lawrence - Lead Facilitator

Mark LawrenceMark first realised his passion for people development when serving in HM Forces. Mark served in the Spear Head Battalion, 3 Para and his role was to train and motivate troops to achieve objectives with minimum risk through thinking logically, quickly and rationally under pressure. This approach helped develop and train individuals, sections and teams to the standard required for deployment into elite regiments.

Upon leaving the Forces Mark set up an Outdoor Experiential Leadership Facility based in Norfolk. This venture grew rapidly and was successful in servicing leading blue chip organisations and SME’s. During this time Pathfinder was born in order to meet the needs of corporate clients, nationally and internationally.

Mark has been pivotal in the design and delivery of team and leadership programmes that are exciting, innovative and inspirational (at least that’s what our customers say). Mark is passionate about developing Pathfinder and offering its services to a client base that needs strong leadership, teamwork and change.

Jon Thaxton - Lead Facilitator

Jon ThaxtonJon’s background is a sports one. Jon has been a professional sportsman for 20 years and became British and European light-weight champion after years of training and dedication. Although boxing is seen as an individual sport Jon knows that without the power and support of his team he would never have experienced the success he has had in and out of the ring.

His passion for developing people is off the scale. The programmes Jon helps design and deliver are varied, ranging from motivating and engaging with commercial sales/operational teams to enabling disabled youngsters to gain the confidence to participate fully in sport.

Tracy Blake - Lead Facilitator
